As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Marketing, Branding and Growth Manager to build and lead our marketing function, elevate our market presence, and directly contribute to Limewing Talents business success.
Role Overview
The Marketing, Branding and Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth, strengthens our brand reputation, and positions our consultants as trusted thought leaders in the market. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution across digital, content, events, and industry engagement to maximize visibility, credibility, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and implement the Limewing Talents marketing and branding strategy to support business growth objectives.
Partner with leadership to shape positioning, messaging, and thought leadership agenda.
Build a consistent brand identity that reflects our expertise and market specialization.
Brand & Content Marketing
Develop and manage a compelling content strategy (articles, whitepapers, newsletters, LinkedIn campaigns, podcasts/webinars).
Elevate consultants’ professional IP and visibility through personal branding initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Drive online marketing initiatives (SEO, social media, digital campaigns, website optimization).
Design campaigns that generate qualified leads and enhance client and candidate engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and ROI.
Events & Market Engagement
Organize and represent Limewing Talents at key industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
Develop presentations and marketing collateral for client and candidate engagement.
Identify sponsorship, partnership, and speaking opportunities to enhance visibility.
Operational Excellence
Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and tools to optimize resources.
Build and scale marketing processes, ensuring measurable outcomes.
Stay up to date on industry, digital, and marketing trends to keep the firm competitive.
Key Requirements
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, recruitment, or B2B sectors, international schools.
Strong expertise in brand development, digital marketing, and content strategy.
Proven track record of designing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
Experience representing companies at events, conferences, or through thought leadership initiatives.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on in a lean environment.
Collaborative leader who can work closely with senior stakeholders and consultants.
