Estimated Duration 6 months contract

Pay Range: $20-$21/hr

Take information from Workday application, save resume in PDF format, enter into Power App accurately. Potential to add in reviewing application for minimum qualifications prior to entering to other system.

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

- Part of the Engineering Student & Graduates Talent Acquisition Team.

- Extremely high volume of applications to share with hiring managers and engineering leaders for review and possible hiring into open internship and ERD roles for 2026.

Typical task breakdown:

- Expectation to review appx 400 applications and enter into power app weekly working 40 hours a week.

- Take information from Workday application, save resume in PDF format, enter Power App accurately.

- Potential to add in reviewing application for minimum qualifications prior to entering to other system.

Interaction with team:

- Communicate with 2 recruiters and manager regarding questions on applications, or system issues.

Additionally communicating progress and celebrating successes.

- Work with 2 people who help review the system being entered into for questions as well.

Work environment:

- 5 days in office

Top 3 Skills

Experience:

1-2 years experience working with computers, Heavy data entry and Power App Required

Technical Skills (Required)

- Familiar with computers, data entry, pulling attachments from one system, saving and attaching to another

- Accuracy is key and extremely important

- Data entry into power app helpful knowledge but trainable

Soft Skills (Required)

- Communication of problems

- Comfortable asking questions

- Okay with repeatable process with infrequent people interaction daily

- Driven by goals

- Attention to detail

Disqualifiers

- Choppy tenure / consistent job hopping

- Role is mainly data entry and pretty dry, so if they are looking for people interaction , this may not be the right position for them.
