As part of the Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps team, you will build multi-cloud infrastructure that powers hundreds of production services, including critical Salesforce DevOps pipelines. You’ll partner closely with development, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and self-service platforms that accelerate business outcomes and customer value.

What you will do:

Architect, build, and operate cloud platforms across Azure using Kubernetes as the core orchestration layer.
Implement and maintain Helm charts, Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd), and GitOps workflows.
Lead CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps (ADO) and YAML pipelines, including Salesforce-specific pipelines.
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
Design highly reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure supporting performance-critical workloads.
Build proactive monitoring, observability, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, DataDog, and Dynatrace.
Troubleshoot complex system issues spanning applications, networks, and infrastructure.
Define platform SLAs, SLOs, and governance standards for self-service use.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce DevOps teams to ensure seamless, reliable deployments.
Participate in on-call rotations to support production and pre-production environments.
Drive infrastructure compliance, DevSecOps, and policy-as-code practices.

What we expect of you

Minimum 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps roles supporting cloud-native enterprise environments
Proficient in Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms with hands-on experience in Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Helm charts, and service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd
Strong knowledge of CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps, including Repos, Pipelines, and Artifacts
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible, along with scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Experience implementing GitOps workflows and managing platform SLAs, SLOs, and governance standards
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, DataDog, or Dynatrace
Preferred experience supporting Salesforce DevOps pipelines and working with Java, .NET, or Node.js application environments
Exposure to AI/ML platforms, real-time data pipelines, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing)
Relevant certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Microsoft AZ-400, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate are advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication, collaboration across teams, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a proactive mindset with a focus on reliability, performance, and developer enablement
