JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Java Developer for a multinational, agriculture solutions provider based in Grapevine, Texas. You would be joining a software development team responsible for the client-facing dealership application. This individual will be focused on their accounts receivables and sales incentive application. This application is written in Java, Spring Framework, Struts, Azure, Kafka with relational databases on the back end (SQL, DB2, Mongo). The ideal candidate for this role would have experience triaging bug fixes, working in collaboration with multiple teams to resolve issues, and able to write and deploy new code. This role would require two - three days working on site in Grapevine, TX.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 Years of experience with Java 8 and Java 11 (Java 21 is a plus)

• 3+ years with Docker experience

• 3+ years of experience working in an Azure DevOps environment

• 3+ years building and deploying code with Gradle and Jenkins

• 3+ years of experience with Hibernate

• 3+ years of experience with React JS or Angular JS

• 3+ years of experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Java 21

• Experience working with WebSphere Application Server

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• SAP Integration experience
