Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and sustain innovative AI and LLM-driven solutions that advance strategic customer initiatives and operational goals.

• Explore, implement, and refine emerging agentic LLM technologies to support the continuous evolution of organizational capabilities and digital transformation.

• Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to accelerate the adoption and impact of insights generated through advanced AI modeling

• Implement GAI as per company AI Policies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and LLM technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation.

• Conduct research and development to explore new AI techniques and methodologies, and future tech like blockchain and Quantum computing.

• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning.

• Experience with agentic technologies and their applications.

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.

• Appetite to research and keep up to various generative AI products and large language models (LLMs).

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, React, and Angular.

• Strong knowledge in the AWS platform.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
