I'm looking for an experienced ML Leader to oversee a team of Ex-Google/Zoom/UberAI engineers for a highly profitable and rapidly scaling AI Healthcare Start-up in the bay.

Company: $200M+ funding, revenue scaling fast. Their proprietary platform combines human expertise with AI to cut admin costs and improve patient experiences. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and BOND, with strong product market fit and growth ahead.

Role: Lead a group building and deploying state of the art ML systems that power real products. You’ll guide engineers working on LLM fine tuning, inference/serving, and scalable ML infrastructure, partnering closely with researchers and product teams.

Team: Ex-Google, Zoom, ASAPP, Uber AI, and Vicarious engineers led by a CEO with deep AI and healthcare roots (former GP, A16Z health investor). It’s a hands on, high talent environment where ML leaders shape both product and platform direction.

Compensation: $450,000 - $650,000 DOE. Company are on a one way ticket to start-up stock liquidity too
