Provide guidance on architectural decisions, cost impacts, technology trade-offs, and alignment to business value.
Design and support connectivity models that integrate cloud platforms with existing on-premises data centers and remote office locations.
Maintain and improve hybrid identity environments, including Active Directory and Entra ID, while planning the transition to more modern identity frameworks.
Ensure all required training and compliance obligations associated with the role are completed.
Perform additional responsibilities as required.

CORE SKILLS

Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive experience with enterprise networking technologies such as DNS, DHCP, routing protocols, TCP/IP, BGP, VLANs, segmentation, and hybrid network integrations
Expertise with identity solutions including hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID, federated authentication, SSO, and conditional access policies
Deep practical knowledge of large-scale cloud migrations, workload transitions, modernization sequencing, and cost governance
Relevant architecture certifications (Solutions Architect or comparable credential)
At least eight years of experience in systems engineering, enterprise operations, or software development roles

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

This role includes a comprehensive benefits package, which may feature:

Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
