Hiring: Communication Coordinator

Montreal | Hybrid (3 days onsite, Day-1 onsite)

Duration: 6 months

$50–$60/hr

Our financial services client is looking for a Communication Coordinator to support engagement, change management, and communications across a busy technology organization.

Responsibilities

Create clear, action-oriented content: newsletters, posts, updates.
Maintain presentation materials and ensure accurate messaging.
Manage and audit Jive pages.
Compile end-of-week updates.
Run the project closure feedback process.
Coordinate quarterly touchpoints.
Track activities and prepare metrics.
Support task allocation and quarterly planning.
Attend leadership meetings and publish key takeaways.
Support execution of communication plans.
Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Proven stakeholder and project management experience.
Strong PowerPoint visualization skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Data-minded approach; familiarity with Jira is a plus.
5+ years total experience, 2+ years in communications/marketing in enterprise settings.
