Require Qualification

Bachelor degree in a field related to the job. Experience may substitute for education for up to 4 years.
4-7 Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or technical environment, working closely with developers, solutions architects, data teams, and their internal customers.
4-7 Experience designing and developing business process frameworks, including the creation of standardized models, workflows, and governance structures.
4-7 Familiarity with industry-standard business process mapping tools and methodologies.
4-7 Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, repeatable business processes that support organizational growth and efficiency.
Hands-on experience in business process development/reengineering, including the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements through technology.

Preferred Qualification

2+ Experience working with Utility providers (Electric, Water, etc)
2+ Experience analysing raw data using tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI or similar platforms to support data-driven decision-making.
2+ Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Google Big Query,
Data bricks) and understanding of how they support analytics and business intelligence, including knowledge of data governance within modern data platforms.
