Sales Executive – Immediate Start

£25,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE Year 1 £29,000–£55,000+)

London SE1 | Full-Time | Office-Based

What Will I Be Doing?

Calling warm leads and turning them into sales
Building confidence, influence, and commercial awareness
Speaking with senior professionals and global brands
Growing your skills—and your commission—with every call
You’ll make money early, learn fast, and level up quickly.

What Do I need?

Ambition, drive, and a positive attitude
At least 3 months’ paid work experience
Strong communication skills
Comfortable using digital tools (Gmail, LinkedIn, Word, Excel)
A willingness to learn and push yourself
We don’t expect perfection—just potential.

What Will I Get?

£25K basic + uncapped commission
Realistic first-year OTE £29K–£45K+
Performance bonuses + regular salary reviews
33 days holiday, pension, casual dress, socials
