Graduate Opportunities in Education | Immediate and January Starts

Locations: Across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire

Salary: £101.40 to £110 per day | Term-time only

This is the perfect opportunity to gain first-hand classroom experience while building valuable skills for future careers in teaching, psychology, youth work, social care or counselling. Many of our graduates progress into teacher training or further study in education and mental health fields after gaining experience through Milk Education.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Working one-to-one or in small groups to help pupils reach their full potential
Assisting with classroom activities, lesson preparation and school trips
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting emotional wellbeing
Helping to create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment

What We’re Looking For

A degree in any subject (Psychology, Criminology, English, Sports Science and Sociology are particularly valued)
A genuine passion for working with children and young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy and a proactive attitude
A desire to make a difference and learn on the job
