Summary of Day-to-Day Responsibilities:The ServiceNow - Systems Administrator supports IT Service Management by designing and implementing solutions aligned with established ITSM policies and standards. This role ensures solutions enable effective management of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests while balancing risk, cost, control, IT governance, compliance, and business performance objectives.Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership, reviewing vendor deliverables, performing code deployments, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting ServiceNow environments across 15 instances. The administrator collaborates closely with clients, PMs, and systems teams to define scopes of work and deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement ITSM solutions following IT governance, compliance, and performance standards.
Provide thought leadership in system integration and application development.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and systems teams on scope definition and estimation.
Review vendor artifacts and ensure deliverables meet solution requirements.
Lead and participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
Troubleshoot test and production issues; conduct root cause analysis and drive issue resolution.
Perform off-hours maintenance and deployments for system releases.
Provide 24x7 support to maintain service availability.
Execute code deployments across 15 ServiceNow instances.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years ServiceNow systems administrator experience
CSA certification
Strong communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Development experience
Banking/financial services experience
ITIL 4 certification
