Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst

The Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst is a key member of our supply chain team, responsible for working cooperatively with various departments to ensure efficient and effective inventory management. This role requires effective evaluative skills, issue-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for discovering opportunities to improve our replenishment processes and implementing solutions to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain accurate product-level forecasts using statistical modeling and historical data evaluation.
Manage inventory levels and optimize replenishment strategies to ensure optimal product availability from vendor to store.
Work together with vendors to ensure adherence to forecast requirements, flow targets, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with Transportation, Distribution, and vendors to optimize the flow of goods throughout the supply chain network.
Maintain data integrity by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information related to forecasts, product attributes, and vendor performance.
Discover and implement process improvements with vendors to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.

What You’ll Bring

Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
Demonstrated evaluative and issue-solving abilities, including strong Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, statistical evaluation), with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent exchange and interaction skills, fostering cooperative teamwork.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or replenishment within retail or wholesale.
Proficiency with supply chain planning systems (e.g., SAP, JDA Manugistics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with statistical forecasting and inventory optimization methodologies.
Ability to work weekends on a rotational basis (if required).
