We’re partnering with a high-growth, VC-backed startup commercially sharp founding team with deep product, compliance and fintech expertise.
They’re now looking for an ambitious Founding Technical CSM (Entreprise) to join their team in Paris.

A next-gen B2B identity and compliance platform helping fintechs, banks, and marketplaces verify businesses, orchestrate compliance workflows, and stay audit-proof — without slowing down operations.

What You’ll Do
Own onboarding & implementation for enterprise fintech, banking, and marketplace clients
Run complex, multi-stakeholder projects, coordinating with Sales, Compliance, and Tech during setup
Lead ongoing customer relationships: QBRs, strategic reviews, renewals, and proactive value delivery
Identify upsell opportunities and influence revenue outcomes through consultative partnership
Build the CS function from scratch: strategy, playbooks, processes, tooling
Shape product direction through hands-on feedback loops with founders & engineering
Participate in future CS hiring as the team scales

Must-Haves
3+ years enterprise CSM, AM or Sales engineer experience in B2B SaaS
Proven track record handling complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
Comfortable with technical products and integrations
Fluent in French & English
Excellent communication, client leadership, and project management skills
Thrives in a startup / early-stage environment
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with compliance, CDD, or regulatory workflows
Experience with AI tools (e.g., Pylon)
Exposure to fintech, payments, or financial services
Compensation
Base: Between €65–90K
Bonus: Performance-based
Equity: Available
