Sales Operations Specialist – Maternity Contract

Based in: Stockley Park, Uxbridge, UK

Hybrid working: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in the office

Join our regional Sales Operations team as a Specialist for a 1-year maternity cover (Full Time Contract). This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a central Hasbro team, where you will be responsible for key operational and planning tasks and support business-critical projects. The regional Sales Operations team delivers centralized tasks for the markets of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and often the Asia-Pacific markets too.

We are looking for a self-starter with a great team spirit who enjoys supporting people and teams. Key skills needed include proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data presentation, a passion for process problem-solving, attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and a passion for helping people and teams succeed. Previous experience in Sales Operations, Demand Planning and Forecasting, and project management would be a distinct advantage!

Sales Operations governs and delivers fundamental processes for the commercial teams, such as Ranging, Pricing, Compliance Certificates, Direct Imports, Product Information, Asset Delivery, and Sales Forecasting. Our centralised work supports the Commercial teams and our customers, and we also collaborate with regional Demand and Supply Planning teams.

Guide to Key Responsibilities:

Working on Key Projects
Sales Forecasting transformation
Sales data innovation
Sales Customer Master data clarity
Direct Import Support Tasks
Identify and resolve unprocessed orders
Report on order book gaps
Conduct key customer forecast and pricing checks
Asset Management & Delivery Tasks
Receive and process customer asset requests from the sales team and customers
Deliver a variety of assets, including lifestyle images, pack shots, videos, eCopy, listing and quote sheets, and new line forms
Maintain compliance with On Shelf Dates and handle IP-sensitive data securely
Use and manage tools such as PIM (Product Information Management)
Assist with mapping and maintaining retailer templates within Apptastic
Identify and address gaps in data or missing assets
Sales Forecasting
Produce sales forecast and order gap reports
Contact the Sales team to report explanations on the biggest forecast changes
Ensure key activations have a forecast from all key customers
Other
Complete audits that identify gaps in data
Complete requests for missing items/pricing to be set up
Support key regional projects owned by Sales Operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Numerical accuracy
Attention to detail
Strong organization and communication
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, AVERAGEIF) and confidence in handling data and reporting
Interest in AI and business technology
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving role with changing priorities
Experience in planning and forecasting is a distinct advantage
Able to commit to a 12-month contract
