Job Title: PMO

Overview

We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to provide structured project management support and data-driven insights across JIP activities. The role involves preparing executive-level reporting packs, harmonising monthly deliverables, and defining KPI dashboards within an Aerospace

client of ours.

Key Responsibilities

Activity 1: PMO Support – JIP

Prepare JIP (Joint Improvement Plan) packs for working-level and executive meetings.
Coordinate deliverables for JIPs with international suppliers (including South Korean and UK suppliers).
Ensure consistent and accurate documentation aligned with project governance standards.

Activity 2: PMO Support -

Lead the harmonisation of Monthly Packs for all Operations Organisation streams.
Support the definition and development of KPI dashboards for PMO Governance.
Ensure reliable data collection, validation, and reporting for performance tracking.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of PMO experience.
Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, presentation, and dashboard creation
Proficiency with communication and reporting tools, including Google Slides (GSlide) and Google Sheets (GSheet).
Familiarity with Risk & Opportunities (Risk & Opps) management frameworks.
Understanding of SCQ (Safety, Cost, Quality) environments and related governance models.

Preferred Qualities

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage deadlines in a structured manner.

Note: Aerospace experience is a must
