We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our critical IAM infrastructure. This role will be pivotal in managing identity lifecycle, access controls, and governance across our enterprise using Okta for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) for provisioning, certification, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Platform Management: Design, configure, and manage the day-to-day operations of the Okta platform (Workforce Identity and Customer Identity) and Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) suite.
Integration & Development: Integrate various enterprise applications (cloud and on-premises) with Okta for SSO (SAML, OIDC) and MFA. Develop and manage custom connectors, workflows, and rules within OIG for automated provisioning and de-provisioning.
Governance & Compliance: Implement and maintain access governance processes, including access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies using OIG. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
Lifecycle Management: Implement and enhance the full Identity Lifecycle Management processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver scenarios across connected systems.
Troubleshooting: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to diagnose and resolve complex authentication, authorization, and provisioning issues related to Okta, OIG, and integrated directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, operational guides, and architectural diagrams. Generate reports on access compliance and system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as an IAM Engineer or similar security-focused role.
Okta Expertise: Hands-on experience with core Okta features, including:
Implementing and configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Deployment and management of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies.
Experience with Okta Identity Engine (OIE) and managing Okta APIs.
