Role Name: Cloud Technical Delivery - Tower Lead

Rate: $70/hr to $75/hr on c2c || $65/hr to $68/hr on w2
The role combines technology and leadership with customer focus. The role requires a business and technology capable individual tengage with customers tdevelop enterprise solutions with a core focus on Capgemini’s Portfolio.
This role is suitable for people who have:
Experience of developing and managing business requirements and driving Tower adoption of those requirements.
Experience of managing technical teams tdeliver cloud transformational projects or change programs
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer facing skills
Mandatory & Desired Skills
Demonstrated experience and organizational skills and ability tlead a team of 50+ strong technical consultants
Significant familiarity with 3 or more domains (e.g cloud platforms, security, infrastructure, tech strategy, business strategy, etc)
Strong public cloud experience with 10+ years of architectural expertise with 2+ years of direct leadership experience including, but not limited to, strategy setting, operational excellence and sales enablement
Demonstrated ability tunderstand complex architectures and understand the technical roles needed torganize a team tdevelop technical solution
Proven experience in leading large complex technical cloud initiatives
Excellent skills in the areas of interpersonal communication, self-awareness, social acumen and personal credibility

Lead & manage a team of technical cloud consultants including setting goals, expectations, and ensuring team alignment tcorporate metrics
Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development tteam members and domain Leads
Grow and manage the team through establishment of appropriate people development processes – hiring, frequent feedback loops, and appropriate adjustments
The successful candidate will alsadd value as an important team member for the industrialization of Capgemini’s cloud solution processes with the objective of improving efficiencies, solution accuracy and continually increasing technical cloud expertise as market expectation and cloud services continue tevolve.
Work closely with customers, Capgemini sales, 3rd party providers and other business units tensure consulting engagements are successful.
Responsible for understanding the client’s technical business and cloud needs and accurately translating the needs inttechnical requirements tsuccessfully design and deliver a cloud-based solution.
Analyze and make recommendations for a change program in order tdrive operational efficiencies based on moving ta cloud operating model
Work with customer technology, application, security and business stakeholders tensure that all requirements are gathered and documented tthe agreed plan
Drive the delivery plan and assume delivery manager role for team of multiple resources
Interface with other technology groups tpromote common tools and standards at a global level
Perform impact analysis of proposed major changes tthe process / technology landscape of customer systems
Maintain a close relationship with customers’ Engineering teams
Communicate at C-level verbally, in writing and be comfortable giving presentations at this level
