Position Summary:

Title: Scrum Master

Duration: 6 Months – Long term

Location: Washington, DC 20433

Hybrid Onsite: 4 days onsite per week from Day1 with a transition to 100% onsite expected soon.

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in Data migration projects. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines.
Facilitate Scrum and Scrumban ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
Champion Agile best practices to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Maintain stakeholder alignment through proactive communication and expectation management.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of delivery governance and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or regulated industries.

Certifications (Preferred):

Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or SAFe certification
