Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Sr Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the Salesforce CRM Development team supporting multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr Salesforce Developer
Location:Seattle, WA, Provo, UT, Dallas, TX, or Reston, VA (In-office required on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; Remote on Wednesday and Friday)
Pay Range:$139,500 - $152,000
What's the Job?
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce platform solutions to support business processes across various departments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Mentor and review code for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Identify and reduce system technical debt to ensure optimal platform performance.
Support end-user experience through thoughtful UX design and innovative backend/frontend solutions.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of development experience, with at least 3 years on the Salesforce platform in a complex environment.
Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer 1, 2, or JavaScript Developer 1 are preferred.
Professional fluency in English and experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
