Job Specifications

LHH is recruiting a Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Associate for the Nashville office of a high regarded AmLaw firm. This is a prime opportunity to become part of a fast-growing and forward-looking data privacy practice.

Experience Sought:

Minimum of three years' experience required in data privacy law
Experience may be from a law firm or serving as in-house counsel
Strong familiarity with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Preferred experience in drafting privacy documentation, including online privacy policies, data processing agreements, transfer impact assessments, and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
CIPP/US or CIPM certification is strongly preferred

Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school, top academic credentials, and be admitted in good standing in the jurisdiction where they're currently practicing.
