Position Summary

The Salesforce Administrator supports digital transformation for the USPD BSMR Buy Side team by managing and enhancing Salesforce solutions—primarily in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, with preferred experience in Data Cloud. The role involves applying AI tools like Agentforce and integrating contract automation using CLM tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for the USPD BSMR Buy Side team.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

· Configure and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.

· Support the execution of digital initiatives by ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

· Proactively identify opportunities to improve system usability, data integrity, and automation.

· Partner with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and troubleshoot issues.

· Apply change management strategies to support adoption of new features and processes.

· Promote awareness of Salesforce capabilities and foster collaboration between business and technical teams.

· Leverage AI tools and Agentforce capabilities to optimize Salesforce workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve data insights.

· Stay current on emerging AI trends and Salesforce innovations to continuously improve platform performance and user experience.

· Manage and prioritize the digital product backlog using the Jira platform, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely delivery of enhancements and fixes.

Minimum Qualifications

· 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.

· Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).

· Experience supporting technology initiatives within or in partnership with drug manufacturer organizations.

· Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry operations, especially in complex buying environments.

Critical Skills

· Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and administration, specifically within Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; experience with Data Cloud is preferred.

· Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, including Agentforce.

· Understanding or experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools such as Conga for contract automation and integration.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

· Curiosity and creativity to connect dots across the enterprise and leverage existing capabilities.

· Ability to influence and drive change through collaboration.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
