The Opportunity
We’re now seeking an experienced Freelance HubSpot Specialist to help us sunset two existing revenue tools (ChurnZero and Gong) and migrate key functionality into a single revenue ecosystem within HubSpot.
This is a short-term freelance engagement focused on consolidating key workflows, data, and reporting capabilities into HubSpot. You’ll work closely with our internal Revenue Operations and Sales teams to assess the current setup, identify dependencies, and ensure a smooth transition away from the legacy tools, without losing functionality or data integrity.
Project Overview
Audit current integrations and workflows between HubSpot, ChurnZero, and Gong.
Map and migrate key processes (e.g., call recording, lead scoring, product usage, customer lifecycle tracking, usage reporting, activity logging, automation, and reporting) into HubSpot.
Configure HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Service Hub tools to replicate essential functions currently performed by ChurnZero and Gong.
Develop or update custom properties, dashboards, and automations as needed.
Ensure data accuracy, alignment, and reporting continuity during and after migration.
Provide documentation and light training to internal stakeholders to support adoption.
About You
Proven experience implementing and optimising HubSpot, including Sales and Service Hubs.
Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, automations, and reporting.
Hands-on experience integrating or migrating data from revenue or enablement tools (e.g., ChurnZero, Gong, Salesforce, Outreach).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely across time zones.
Based in CET (Mainland Europe), GMT (UK/Ireland), or ET (East Coast USA) time zones.
