We’re supporting a leading manufacturing and technology company who are on the hunt for a HubSpot CRM Data Specialist to take on a short-term contract focused on cleaning, structuring, and optimising their CRM data.

Their HubSpot instance has grown quickly and now needs a serious tidy-up. You’ll step in to audit, clean, and streamline their CRM so that sales and marketing teams can rely on accurate, consistent data to drive better decisions.

Responsibilities:

Auditing the current HubSpot setup — contacts, companies, deals, and custom properties.
Identifying and merging duplicate or incomplete records.
Standardising key fields, naming conventions, and formatting.
Reviewing integrations and data sources to ensure everything syncs correctly.
Optimising CRM structure for reporting, automation, and segmentation.
Producing documentation and delivering a handover to internal teams.

Skills Needed:

Proven experience managing and cleaning HubSpot CRM data.
Strong understanding of HubSpot APIs, workflows, and integrations.
Experience working with B2B data — ideally in manufacturing or technology.
Solid grasp of GDPR and data privacy best practices.
Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach.
HubSpot certifications are a bonus.
