About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (React + Python) who wants to sharpen their skills through real-world projects. This is an unpaid, mentored volunteer position, perfect for someone with 1–3 years of experience who wants to strengthen professional credibility, gain exposure to AI-driven systems, and collaborate directly with an experienced senior engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Build and improve user interfaces using React + Tailwind + NextJS + Typescript
Develop Python software and integrate AI workflows (LangGraph, REST APIs)
Collaborate with backend engineers using Golang and PostgreSQL
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product discussions
Help deliver end-to-end features across frontend and backend layers

Preferred Skills & Experience

1–3 years of hands-on coding experience (professional or strong personal projects)
Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python
Familiarity with Git, API design, and general web application architecture
Basic understanding of AI model integration (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) is a plus
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn fast in a startup environment
