The Marketing Intern will join a fast-paced, creative team at our Chadds Ford, PA office and play an active role in shaping Arora Engineers’ Digital Marketing strategy and execution. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives, including a brand refresh and website overhaul, while developing real-world skills in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and graphic design.

As part of the marketing team, the intern will assist with content review, digital asset creation and management, and design updates across web and digital marketing platforms. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about brand storytelling and design, enjoys blending creativity with strategy, and wants to learn how digital marketing drives visibility and engagement in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.

Responsibilities

Learn about Arora’s businesses, product/services, markets, and competition.
Interact regularly with the Technical Operations and Marketing Team.
Support Arora’s digital marketing initiatives through design updates, image sourcing, and layout support for marketing collateral.
Assist with website content migration, organization, and optimization for SEO and user experience.
Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
Assist with writing and editing projects and resumes, as well as formatting and organizing data.
Work with Marketing to support writing/editing/proofreading of content and assist handling production (basic layout and design).

Qualifications

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong command of the English language and demonstrated editing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to meet assignment deadlines.
Basic Knowledge of Adobe products including InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
