The Digital Customer Experience team manages all customer‑facing applications and touchpoints across the organization. From websites to e‑commerce platforms to customer relationship tools, the team ensures a seamless, engaging, and consistent digital journey for every customer interaction.

Job Overview

Internship in Content Management Systems (CMS) focuses on creating, organizing, and managing digital content across websites and other online platforms. This role supports our digital marketing and content management teams and will provide excellent experience for anyone looking to pursue a career in content marketing, digital marketing, or website management.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Editing
Write, edit, and format content for publishing on various platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand and style guidelines.

Content Publishing and Updating
Publish content in the CMS based on the release cadence for the products.
Regularly update content to ensure accuracy and relevance, including updating links, images, and multimedia.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Optimize content with SEO best practices, including keyword usage, meta tags, and alt text for images.
Monitor and report on content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve organic reach.
Ensure proper file naming and compression to improve site speed and accessibility.

User Experience (UX) and Quality Assurance
Test website functionality to ensure content displays correctly on different devices and browsers.
Identify and report any bugs or technical issues to the development team.
Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing, user-friendly layouts.

Content Strategy and Analysis
Assist in content strategy development by conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, or audience research.
Track metrics such as page views, engagement rates, and conversions to measure content success and identify areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with teams like marketing, design, and development to align content efforts with broader business goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, social media, or blog content ideas.

Skills Developed

Proficiency in CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager).
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
Content marketing, and digital asset management skills.
Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Project management, collaboration, and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications / Education:

To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program.

Marketing/Business Communications

Additional Information

During this 8.5-week summer internship, you will be required to work onsite 4 days a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.
