Your mission

As a Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production processes. You’ll work closely with operators and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the site.

Your main responsibilities include:

Identifying, prioritizing, and eliminating process losses.
Developing process control and technical skills among operators.
Creating and maintaining end-to-end process documentation.
Preparing clear work instructions and training materials (OPLs, SOPs).
Providing structured feedback to support process standardization.
Defining equipment standards to maximize output and reliability.
Supporting product introductions and process upgrades.

Your profile

Degree in Industrial or Bio-Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of reliability and efficiency metrics (OEE, TPM, etc.).
Analytical, structured, and pragmatic problem-solver.
Skilled in MS Office and able to quickly learn new digital tools.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
Hands-on mindset, you enjoy being on the production floor (about 80% of your time).
A natural coach who empowers operators and promotes teamwork.
