Belfast / Dublin / Hybrid | Full-time | Competitive + Bonus

Juice Jar started as a single store in Belfast in 2019. Five years later, we’ve grown into a vibrant, experience-led brand with venues across Belfast, Dublin & Bristol, a team of almost 100, and a reputation for bold design, healthy living, and serious energy.

Now, we’re looking for a COO/CFO — a rare mix of financial strategist and operational leader — to help drive our next stage of growth.

The Role

You’ll work side-by-side with our Founder to:

Lead finance and strategy across the group.
Oversee multi-site operations, performance, and consistency.
Build scalable systems and KPIs as we expand across the UK & Ireland.
Manage supplier, banking, and investor relationships.
Mentor managers and help shape culture at every level.

This is a hands-on, commercial role - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-scaling, founder-led brand.

We’re Looking For

Finance background (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
Experience scaling in hospitality, retail or consumer brands.
Confident in both numbers and people.
Obsessed with efficiency, brand, and growth.
Excited by momentum, not maintenance.
