In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will provide architectural guidance, mentor development teams, and ensure the stability, performance, and quality of software systems throughout their lifecycle. Accountabilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define software requirements for complex projects
Develop high-level architecture designs, technical specifications, and system blueprints
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to development teams throughout the software lifecycle
Oversee testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure system reliability and functionality
Maintain and update software solutions to meet evolving business and technical needs
Ensure adherence to project timelines, coding standards, and quality benchmarks
Present progress updates, set technical goals, and align software initiatives with broader organizational objectives
Requirements
10+ years of experience in software development, with extensive exposure to web application environments and object-oriented programming
Proven expertise in software architecture, database design, and data modeling
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and development platforms, with strong experience in version control systems such as Git
Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring developers and guiding technical teams
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organization
Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
