What You’ll Do
Take ownership of cloud and infrastructure environments across diverse SMB clients.
Manage deployments, migrations, and optimization for Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Configure and maintain Intune, MFA, Conditional Access, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
Support firewalls, VPNs, and network security in cloud-integrated environments.
Oversee backup systems and disaster recovery readiness to ensure client resilience.
Keep systems and documentation clean, clear, and consistent across the board.
Participate in a light on-call rotation—by design, it’s rare due to our proactive setup.
Who You Are
5+ years of real-world IT experience with strong Microsoft infrastructure expertise.
Background in MSP or multi-client environments preferred (enjoys variety and autonomy).
Hands-on with Windows Server, Intune, Active Directory, Conditional Access, and M365 migrations.
Experienced in firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and general networking fundamentals.
Excellent communicator who thrives under pressure and values precision.
Bonus: PowerShell scripting, automation experience, or exposure to AEC industries and BCDR solutions.

Logistics & Compensation
Location: Philadelphia, PA + local client sites (roughly 3 days/week on-site post-ramp).
Compensation: Up to $90,000 base (DOE).
