Job Description

Design, code, test, and implement applications using AS400, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, RPG ILE Concepts, CLLE/400, DB2/400, SQL/400, Job scheduler.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Maintain and enhance existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Document technical specifications and project progress for stakeholder communication.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in AS400, RPGLE/400 and SQL development.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (OPTIONAL):

Experience with modern development tools and technologies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
