We’re working with a global leader in AI-powered sports content, working with world-famous teams, leagues and broadcasters to deliver automated, real-time video highlights that accelerates fandom growth worldwide.

We’re looking for a dynamic well-versed Account Management Lead / Customer Success Account Manager to own relationships with top EMEA commercial partners — from onboarding to ongoing success. You’ll be the trusted face of the business, helping clients unlock new ways to engage fans, grow audiences and drive revenue through relationship building and retention.

What you’ll do:

• Build strong client partnerships across leading sports and media brands

• Guide onboarding, product adoption and day-to-day delivery with internal tech teams

• Present quarterly business reviews and share actionable insights

• Identify growth opportunities and help shape future product innovation

• Champion your clients’ voice internally and deliver measurable value

What you’ll bring:

• 3 - 5 years’ minimum experience in Account Management, Customer Success or SaaS client roles

• Strong project management, communication and relationship skills

• Comfort translating complex tech into clear, practical outcomes

• A real love of sport and curiosity for digital media innovation

• Background in video, streaming or sports tech advantageous
