What The Role Entails

Position Overview

Tencent Cloud is offering 2026–2027 graduates the opportunity to join our Product Internship Program. Running from Jan–May 2026, you will gain first-hand experience in developing product strategies for our B2B cloud platforms. This program is ideal for students eager to sharpen their cloud engineering and problem-solving skills while contributing to mission-critical backend operations.

Internship Period: Jan–May 2026

Location: Shenzhen

Eligibility: 2026–2027 Graduates

What the Role Entails

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing product strategies for our B2B cloud platforms under the guidance of senior technical product managers

Research industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to help create data-driven product recommendations

Learn about cloud computing technologies while supporting the technical product team in analyzing technical requirements and use cases

Help build and maintain business monitoring dashboards and contribute to improving operational efficiency

Participate in customer feedback sessions and market research, helping to identify and document key user requirements and technical needs

Collaborate with the business development (BD) teams, providing technical solution support for potential clients and partners to facilitate business opportunities.

Participate in exploring and evaluating new technology partners and business opportunities, analyzing the feasibility of collaboration from a product and technical perspective

Who We Look For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or related technical field

Strong interest in technology products and cloud computing

Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin with international teams preferred but not required.

Effective communication abilities and teamwork orientation

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Eager to learn about customer needs and use cases

Adaptable and open to feedback
