New Haden Pumps are seeking a full time Stores Supervisor to our join our busy workshop based in Cheadle, Staffordshire.

You will have overall responsibility for the efficient running of the stores department. This includes stock management, deliveries, fleet maintenance and health & safety standards.

Roles And Responsibilities

Accurately booking in and out of stock on to the system and the completion of any associated paperwork.
Supporting our team with the scheduling of deliveries to our engineers and clients.
Picking, packing of stock with 100% accuracy.
Maintenance of system stock movements.
Assisting with annual stocktakes and cyclical stock checks.
Safe loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, using FLT where required.
Safe storing of stock, ensuring that its accessible and easily identified.
Arranging fleet vehicle maintenance.
Ensuring an efficient, tidy, clean and safe stores area, environmentally and health and safety compliant at all times.
Completing occasional deliveries in delivery drivers absence.

You Will Need

a counterbalance fork lift truck licence
full driving licence (2 years + experience)
good computer literacy
to be able to work under minimum supervision
previous stock/inventory management experience
keen attention to detail with high level of accuracy
