Job Title: Product Manager II – Life Sciences (Chemistry/Protein/Omics)

Location:

Type: Contract – 6 Months (Hybrid, 1-2 days in office)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager II to join our Life Sciences team, focusing on scientific software and applications within chemistry, protein, and omics domains. You will interact with stakeholders in the UK, US (East Coast), and Poland to drive product strategy transformation, enhance business processes, and support the delivery of innovative scientific solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Document existing product knowledge, including use cases, business processes, usage metrics, technical specifications, and non-functional aspects.
Analyze AS-IS product landscape, business processes, and customer needs to propose transformation strategies for legacy products.
Develop product requirements and deliver detailed product requirement documents according to priority and timelines.
Act as a point-of-contact for business requests, mapping and managing stakeholders, and executing engagement strategies.
Participate in product development phases, attending Agile ceremonies, stand-ups, and planning sessions.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience in scientific software and application development (chemistry, protein, omics) within a Life Sciences environment.
Strong business use case analysis and requirements documentation skills.
Proficiency in stakeholder mapping and conducting user interviews.
Working knowledge of software product development and cloud environments.
Proven experience in Agile methodology and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in Product Management within Life Sciences / Scientific Software.
