Role Title: Business Analyst (Camunda)

Location: Glasgow

Duration: 30/04/2026

Work setup: Hybrid / 2-3 days onsite

Rate : £358 / day on umbrella

Main duties and responsibilities:

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills: being able to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing, and both inside and outside the organization

Business analysis expertise – use of analysis expertise to constructively challenge and resolve issues, bridging any gaps

Design and produce appropriate requirements documentation to illustrate workflows, processes

Illustrating As-is and To-be process maps and models using Visio, Camunda, Jira

Delivery and presentation of complex business analysis and scenario modelling to high levels of quality

Ownership – demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for the relevant deliverable

Collaborating with the business area and functional areas, defining scope and content of the project

Decision making and problem solving – use robust analysis techniques to assess options and identify & agree solutions for key issues

Work closely with associated Technology Business Analysts and other Technology stakeholders to relay how the business requirements can translate into system, data and process change.

Ensure there is traceability of business requirements through to final deployment

Ability to recognise risk implications for Barclays and contribute (as appropriate) to Project and Programme governance bodies

Basic Qualifications:

§ Significant experience as a Business Analyst

§ Case Management/CRM experience

§ Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inform business decisions.

§ Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a concise manner that stakeholders can understand.

§ Ability to adapt and become familiar with new technologies quickly, but ideally with detailed knowledge of applications within the Financial Crime area

§ Strong communicator with experience of running meetings involving a diverse set of stakeholders

§ Strong analytical/problem solving mind set but with the ability and willingness to get into the details to find solutions.

§ Proven track record of consistently making good decisions through a combination of analysis, high level of business acumen experience and judgment

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

Multiple years’ experience at working within large, complex financial institutions

Recognized Business Analysis qualification
