Social Commerce Lead (TikTok Shop) – 6-Month Contract - Up to £350 a day (DOE)

SW London (2 days/week) | Start: Late December / Early January 2026

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Social Commerce (TikTok Shop) Lead to drive growth, manage agency relationships, and lead product launches for a brand in the early stages of its TikTok Shop journey. Beauty or FMCG experience is a must!

This is a 6-month contract with a day rate dependent on experience (DOE), ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to make change happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the TikTok Shop strategy and drive long-term growth.
Manage the full agency ecosystem
Project manage product launches, timelines, and stock.
Lead trading and eCommerce performance, with a strong understanding of social commerce.
Bring fresh thinking and challenge the status quo to drive change.

What We’re Looking For

Proven TikTok Shop experience – you’ve done this before and know what works.
Strong grasp of social commerce, eCommerce, and trading.
Confident managing agencies and internal stakeholders.
A proactive mindset – someone who can own the brief and deliver results.
Available to be in SW London 2 days/week (1 fixed, 1 flexible).

Contract Length: 6 months
Start Date: Late December / Early January 2026
Location: SW London (Hybrid – 2 days/week)
Day Rate: DOE
