Event Marketing Executive - Fixed Term Contract

Days per week: 5 days

Location: Central London (Hybrid, 3 days in office required)

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Event Marketing Executive with a background in retail or fashion to join on a freelance project basis. You’ll take ownership of marketing campaigns, manage client relationships, and provide strategic insights that drive performance. Your expertise will ensure events are delivered seamlessly and leave a lasting impact on audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Lead the planning, delivery, and execution of event marketing campaigns, particularly for retail/fashion clients.
Client Communication: Build strong relationships, providing updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
Digital Marketing: Oversee social media content, influencer collaborations, and email campaigns tailored to fashion/retail audiences.
Reporting & Insights: Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimisations.
Media Partnerships: Manage partnerships with fashion/retail media outlets and event partners.
Onsite Support: Attend events to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Team Collaboration: Support junior team members and work cross-functionally to deliver integrated strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in event marketing, ideally within retail or fashion.
Strong digital marketing skills (social media, email, content creation).
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to provide insights and recommendations.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
