We have +30 people across sales, marketing & events, and operations
Whole of UK Professional market coverage
All aspects of distribution are covered, including product design, marketing, events, and sales

Distribute a diverse product range across fund type (long only, alternative, tax-efficient), asset class (equities, fixed income, unlisted), and geography (UK, US, EU)
We are a fast-paced and high-energy employer with a strong team ethos. We are seeking an Events & Marketing Executive to work within a dynamic team, delivering results for both our organization and our clients.
The Events & Marketing Team
The Events & Marketing team’s core purpose is to drive acquisition and retention activity through marketing outputs, including but not limited to physical and virtual events. This also includes, but is not limited to, website, email, video, and social media activity. We’re looking for a hands-on person with a can-do attitude to work within a dynamic team to deliver results for our clients. You’ll be eager to develop your events skills and make your mark on our fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Event planning, organisation, and management of both in-person events and virtual (via ON24 platform). This includes creating event itineraries, booking travel and accommodation.
Executing event & marketing strategies for our clients, including coordinating the internal and external stakeholders involved
Liaising with several stakeholders including clients, fund managers, colleagues, suppliers and business partners
Agenda and attendee event management
Creating and managing automated event email invitations and follow-up emails
Liaising with the internal sales team for pre- and post-event feedback (including inputting and extracting data from the Salesforce CRM)
Researching new events and marketing ideas, including competitor analysis
Updating website content related to events
Creating and posting social media content to promote events
Liaising with financial compliance to sign off on marketing materials
Ad hoc projects as required, as part of the wider events & marketing team
Candidate Profile
At least a second-class degree
A self-motivated & confident individual with good initiative and a desire to learn
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
A passion for excellent customer service
Self-motivated and able to manage own workload to meet deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Works well in a team environment
Able to adapt and work within a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the financial services industry
Knowledge of event processes and platforms (in-person and virtual)
