Salary: €31,500 base plus uncapped commission (OTE €55k to €130k plus)

What You’ll Do

Build and manage client relationships across the Benelux IT sector
Source, interview and place top technical talent
Negotiate contracts and close deals that generate direct revenue (billings)
Achieve personal sales targets and earn commission on every successful placement
Collaborate within a high energy, supportive team that celebrates success together

What We Offer

Transparent, uncapped commission structure. The more you bill, the more you earn
Year 1 OTE: €55,000 to €60,000
Year 2 OTE: €85,000 to €90,000
Year 3 OTE: €125,000 to €130,000 plus (top performers exceed €200k)
Comprehensive training and mentoring to help you close your first deal within 3 to 4 months

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Dutch: professional working proficiency preferred (for client interaction)
English: professional proficiency required (for internal collaboration and training)
Resilient, ambitious and motivated by performance based success
A background in sales, recruitment or a people oriented field is a plus, but not required. We will train you!
