What You’ll Do

Develop marketing strategies and integrated campaigns for clients across different industries (design, furniture, lifestyle, hospitality, and more).

Translate client goals into actionable plans that include creative direction, content strategy, media mix, and activation ideas.

Work closely with our creative and social teams to bring campaigns to life — from planning to production and launch.

Analyze campaign performance, gather insights, and recommend optimization strategies.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and help shape brand narratives, content pillars, and storytelling frameworks.

Collaborate directly with clients to present ideas, guide strategy discussions, and align on goals.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or agency-side campaign planning.

A creative thinker with strong analytical skills — you can balance big ideas with data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading meetings and pitching ideas.

Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and experiential activations.

A hands-on approach — you don’t just plan; you help make it happen.
