Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Project Manager (PMP Certified) to lead the delivery of network infrastructure components within corporate real estate projects—covering office build-outs, renovations, and relocations. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating with global and local facilities teams, and ensuring seamless transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and deliver network infrastructure (passive & active components) aligned with real estate and IT objectives.
Manage end-to-end project activities — design, costing, approvals, procurement, and implementation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and standardized deployment.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance records.
Oversee Transition-to-Operations (TTO) ensuring smooth handover to support teams.
Track project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

PMP Certified with 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure or real estate IT projects.
Strong understanding of network design, cabling standards, racks, power, AV, and Teams/Voice infrastructure.
Knowledge of data center and IT room requirements (AC power, HVAC, grounding, fire suppression, security).
Familiarity with Agile and predictive methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
