The Role: Head of CX & Operations
This isn’t just another job—it’s being a business owner. You’ll lead our entire customer experience and
operations function, making sure every Customer, Catalyst, and Participant has a smooth, powerful ride
through HumanQ.
You’ll architect and scale the systems that bring our product to life—from onboarding and scheduling to
communications and support. You’ll take what’s working in our high touch model and help us level up
into something leaner, smarter, and more scalable.
You’ve got vision—but you’re also in the weeds. This is a role for a detail obsessed doer who builds
systems, shapes strategy, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You don’t just talk—you execute, while
always thinking two quarters ahead.
What You’ll Do
Lead CX & Ops across all our products—from onboarding to reporting
Build smart, scalable systems that can handle complexity without breaking
Play a key role in designing new products that drive retention and growth
Be in the weeds with customers while building high level processes that scale
Lead our QPod Catalysts with clarity, support, and community—globally
Own every customer touchpoint, and obsess over getting it right
Partner with Sales to hand off new deals into seamless launches
Keep our Net Promoter Score at 90+ and push it even higher
Partner closely with Engineering to build our new AI platform
Build and lead a lean, high output CX team as we grow
Who Are You
10–15+ years in CX, ops, and/or program delivery
You’ve led complex customer journeys across regions, products, and people
SaaS and startup experience—this won’t be your first time building something new
Big 4 or similar strategic consulting background is a bonus
Project management is second nature, and you run a tight ship
Super comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Slack, Tally, and more
Thrive in fast paced, messy, “we’ll figure it out” environments
Know when to build, when to fix, and when to automate
A true owner: collaborative, ego free, and business minded
Hungry to build something bold—and proud to put your name on it
Must be a U.S. citizen or resident
