Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Local to USA.

Clearance Requirement: TS ORTS/SCI

Certifications: IAT Level II (or higher)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to provide real-time system support, integration, and incident response for mission-critical applications within a high-security environment. This role requires hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle, with a strong focus on maintaining uptime, integrating system enhancements, and ensuring continuous delivery through Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 real-time system monitoring and incident response across shift-based operations.
Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Python.
Administer and operate within Linux-based environments for mission system support.
Support CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker), and automated workflows.
Ensure software reliability, performance, and security compliance.
Interface with cross-functional teams to integrate and test system enhancements.
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
Document system procedures, configurations, and development lifecycle updates.
Adhere to Agile practices, attending scrums, planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Java and Python development.
Strong background in Linux system environments.
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
Familiarity with Docker and microservices architecture.
Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of secure coding practices and information assurance.
Ability to work independently in a mission-critical, fast-paced environment
