JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight global is looking for a Senior PM with experience leading transformation projects are across multiple functional areas, including Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Claims, and our Enabling Functions (i.e. Data & Analytics and Technology). Although there are components of some technology implementations, the majority of the projects are heavily focused on people and process impacts (i.e. changing the ways of working).

Homerun Search: Must haves and pluses

Project Manager expertise (program management experience is an asset).
Proven track record in financial services, preferably insurance.
Experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
5-7 years working within PM Space
Ability to work hybrid out of Calgary, Winnipeg or Kitchener offices

Nice to haves skills:

Change management experience or certification.
Program management expertise
