Job Summary
The successful candidate will lead multiple IT Real Estate infrastructure projects across high-profile environments. You’ll be responsible for delivering real estate-related technology upgrades, hardware installations, and lab build-outs within a fast-paced, Agile-oriented team. This is a high-visibility role with significant stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to contribute to long-term technology modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver real estate-related infrastructure projects on time, within scope and budget
Lead initiatives involving office renovations, lab setups, and technology decommissions
Review and analyze construction drawings and space layouts for technology fit
Create project documentation including cost estimates, approvals, reports, and roadmaps
Manage end-to-end tech deployment: removals, installations, user training, and testing
Engage with Real Estate, Construction, IT, AV, and vendor partners
Track project budgets, monitor variances, and secure change approvals
Facilitate meetings and ensure strong internal and external communication
Required Experience
8+ years of hands-on project management experience
Direct experience in technology-driven real estate projects
Familiarity with network infrastructure, AV, monitors, office move coordination
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have Experience
Agile work environments (Kanban/Scrum)
Previous experience in financial or banking environments
Banking experience is an asset
