HR / People Operations Specialist

Are you passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience? We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced, high-growth team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the employee journey—from application through the entire lifecycle—by ensuring seamless processes and accurate systems.

What You’ll Do

Manage joiner, mover, and leaver processes, ensuring contractual accuracy and compliance.
Administer background checks and maintain adherence to business standards.
Verify Right to Work documentation and stay current with global regulations.
Partner with Workplace Technology for smooth delivery and return of tech equipment.
Support and deliver engaging onboarding sessions.
Respond to high volumes of employee queries and develop clear FAQs.
Maintain accurate data in HRIS and other people systems.
Oversee and manage employee benefits.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth People Operations team.
Strong knowledge of international HR practices and regulations.
Background in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
Proven ability to improve and streamline people processes.
Positive, proactive attitude with a knack for creating order from chaos.
Ambition to leverage technology for building an efficient team.
