Key Responsibilities: - Manage diaries, appointments, travel, and meeting logistics for senior leaders. - Handle correspondence, prepare minutes, and coordinate internal and external communications. - Oversee recruitment processes: advertise vacancies, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, prepare offers and reference checks. - Facilitate onboarding and off‑boarding of staff, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping. - Maintain HR and compliance records, supporting data accuracy and regulatory adherence. - Act as a liaison between staff and leadership, fostering positive working relationships. Required Skills: - Minimum 1 year of PA experience, preferably within an educational or similar-sized organisation. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficient in G‑Suite and Microsoft Office. - Strong time‑management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities. - Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. - Calm, approachable demeanor with the ability to build rapport across all levels.
