TestPro Consulting is hiring three Senior Programme Test Managers to lead major transformation programmes for some of our most strategic UK and European clients across the energy, non-profit, and financial services sectors.

You’ll operate as a senior delivery leader in complex, multi-vendor, integration-heavy environments, driving quality and shaping outcomes across high-profile programmes with executive sponsorship.

*** The Roles ***

Manchester — Global Energy Organisation

Own SIT, E2E, integration and data migration testing across a large transformation involving:

Salesforce, UMAX, Gorilla, AMT/FLUI, Mulesoft, and data-heavy architectures.

London — Major National Charity

Lead testing across:

Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Boomi, Dynamics 365, analytics and reporting, supporting a multi-system digital upgrade.

Portugal — European Credit-Card & Payments Provider

Drive SIT/E2E delivery across credit-card and payments platforms.

Requirements: Portuguese + English fluency and credit-card domain experience (issuing, processing, payments flows, regulatory controls).

Full SIT & E2E ownership
Integration testing across complex multi-platform estates
Data migration test leadership
Performance / non-functional oversight
Stakeholder & vendor management at senior/executive level
Clear governance, quality reporting, and leadership in challenging environments

*** What We’re Looking For ***

Senior programme-level test leadership
Strong consultancy mindset
Experience in Energy, Non-Profit, or Credit-Card/Payments (role dependent)
Background with Salesforce, integration platforms (Boomi/Mulesoft), Dynamics, or data-heavy transformations
Ability to represent and grow the TestPro brand in high-value accounts
